Cecilia Vazquez is a program manager at a nonprofit in Chicago’s Back of the Yards neighborhood, overseeing youth and family programs. A first-gen college graduate with a degree in Anthropology, she’s dedicated to creating accessible, culturally aware initiatives. Cecilia also runs a book club that amplifies women of color’s voices and works to uplift marginalized communities, fostering spaces that build collective power and promote positive change.
